Shipping

 

Thanks for shopping with JIA MINUS.  We will process and ship out  your order within 1-3 business days. Once the order is processed we will send you an email with your order confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping rate and estimated arrival time for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Free domestic  shipping for orders $100 or more. This offer applies to all orders shipped within the US except Hawaii and Alaska.

 

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, we will do our best to make you smile. Return requests must be made within 2 days of the delivery date, via email. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with the original packaging. We are not responsible for any shipping charges. If you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us at contact@jiaminus.com with the defect details and photos of the product, box and packaging. Our customer service team will reach out to you via email in the following 24 hours. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

Return items must be undamaged during shipping.

International returns are not accepted.
